I've worked in software for many years in a variety of roles. Starting out as a support specialist at a mortgage company, moving onto a Business Analyst role at a healthcare company, and eventually a Product Owner for a large bank. However, something was missing...

During my time as a Business Analyst and Product Owner I'd work closely with the development team and see first-hand the things that they were creating and I wanted to be a part it. More than just a person that went to meetings, elicited requirements, and wrote user stories. I wanted to develop. With the knowledge gained through a coding boot camp offered by the University of North Carolina Charlotte I've learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, Sequelize, React, the list goes on...
